## Attribution and limits

The current Short description directly links the Twitch channel, and the two pages display matching uploader branding. This is public evidence connecting the accounts; it does not independently establish the uploader's offline identity.

The disclosure is visibly present in the VOD. That does not prove the speaker read the entire panel or explicitly denied the medical condition. The harm-related sentence retains its Minecraft qualifier. The Short contains requests to report a stream; this packet does not establish what viewers subsequently did. A displayed Marvel Rivals ban notice is not a Twitch enforcement decision, and this packet does not adjudicate the cheating allegation.

No victim-channel chat records were supplied. One publicly visible top comment on the Short was inspected; it did not establish subsequent harassment, and is not included as an incident. No other VOD ranges, private messages or accounts were investigated.

## Preservation and verification

The earlier task, **Assess Twitch harassment report** (01a07481-a8ed-7fc2-a370-7cb06577b1d7), had already saved the first ten minutes of the VOD, the complete Short, transcripts, metadata and a user-provided profile image. This collection verified the media and profile-image hashes against that task's existing records and made matching preservation copies. That confirms consistency with those local records, not a cryptographic attestation by the platforms.

The unchanged preservation copies and full working transcripts are in **../preserved-sources/** alongside this packet. The voice advice is stored in the parent evidence folder. Neither the private advice recording nor its transcript is included in the support ZIP.

The VOD's metadata duration is the full 06:29:30 broadcast; the preserved VOD file covers only 00:00-10:00 and runs 600.015667 seconds. The Short preservation file is 30.048 seconds. Viewing copies use H.264/AAC, retain the complete image area, and have no added graphics or captions. The selected VOD clips add context before and after the cited moments. All four viewing copies passed full audio/video decoding and duration checks.

Screenshots E01-E02 are unaltered browser captures; capture times and URLs are recorded in provenance. E03-E07 are full decoded frames from the unchanged media. Clip boundaries, source hashes and export processing are recorded in **provenance/**. **SHA256SUMS.txt** records all packet files except itself. The separate ZIP hash is stored next to the ZIP.

Review relied on automatic transcription aids and sampled frames. Timestamps and punctuation are approximate; listen to the recordings when assessing exact wording or speaker attribution. The key VOD passage also has a medium-model transcription from the earlier review.

The VOD timestamp in saved metadata is **2026-08-28 23:03:10 UTC / 19:03:10 EDT**. The Short timestamp is **2026-08-30 00:59:48 UTC / August 29, 20:59:48 EDT**, consistent with the live Short page displaying August 29. Use source-relative timestamps to locate statements.
